Will I see a preview of the art before it is shipped?

 

Yes, once you place your order, I will send you a preview in 5-7 business days. 

 

Can I have multiple pets in the art? 

 

Yes, you can add additional pets to your art. 

 

If I have multiple pets, do they have to be in the photo together? 

 

No, you can send separate photos of each pet. 

 

How long does it take to receive the art? Is rush shipping available?

 

It takes about 2-3 weeks to receive your art. A preview is sent in 5-7 business days. Production time 3-4 business days, to finish the canvas and back and add hanging hardware. Shipping time is 3-5 days. 

 

Expedited shipping is available by request. 

 

Do you offer digital files?

 

No

 

Do you offer refunds?

 

Due to the fact that this is a custom product, it is not eligible for a return/refund. However, if the product is damaged, a replacement will be sent at no charge to you. 

 

How is the art created? 

 

I am a classically trained painter and graphic designer. Combining these two skills, the art that I create is digitally painted using a variety of drawing programs and drawing tablet along with paint brushes and other art tools.

Once I receive my preview can I have edits to the art? 

 

Yes, edits can be made to the original art. This will add an additional 3 business days to make the edits. You cannot change the photo at this point.

 

Can I change the photo used to create the art after you have sent the preview?

 

No, once the preview has been sent you cannot change the photo. However, if necessary,  you can make edits to the art that has already been created. 

 

Can I see multiple versions of the art? 

 

Yes, the original version will be sent within 5-7 business days, but if you would like to see variations in fur color or background color, they will take an additional 3 days. 

 

Can I add a crown or sunglasses or some other accessories?

 

Yes, you can add an accessory from the dropdown menu of items like sunglasses, a crown, or headphones. Or you can add custom accessories as well, just reach out to me and we can create your perfect vision for your pets art.
